• Check spindle chiller, lubrication, and orientation state when alarms appear after warm-up.
• Compare tool balance and holder condition when the alarm only appears at high RPM.

よくある問題/トラブルシュート

• If the alarm appears after tool change, inspect holder balance, drawbar force, and taper cleanliness.
• If the spindle trips only under cutting load, compare commanded power with machine capability and chip evacuation.
