구동계 유격으로 인한 오차를 보정한다.

공식 / 규칙

• Backlash compensation should stay close to the measured reversal error of the axis, not an arbitrary large value.
• Re-measure after ballscrew or servo maintenance because compensation values drift with mechanical condition.

• Use compensation only within the measured machine condition; excessive values can create overshoot or unstable reversal behavior.
• Reversal error should be checked warm and under realistic axis loading if the machine is sensitive.

• Check reversal error on a circular interpolation test before changing backlash settings machine-wide.
• Verify axis response after compensation updates on both short travel moves and long positioning moves.

일반 오류 / 문제 해결

• If reversal marks remain after compensation, re-measure the axis and inspect screw, nut, and coupling condition.
• If motion overshoots after a compensation change, reduce the value and verify servo tuning before production resumes.
