공식 / 규칙

• Classify the alarm first: overload, following error, encoder fault, or drive communication issue.
• Clear the root cause before reset; repeated servo alarms usually indicate a motion-system problem, not a one-time nuisance.

• Look for repeat frequency, axis identity, and operating condition before deciding whether the alarm is electrical or mechanical.
• A servo alarm that appears only under acceleration often points to motion load rather than software alone.

현장 시나리오

• Review load traces and axis lubrication when a servo alarm appears during heavy acceleration.
• Inspect encoder cable routing and connector condition when the alarm appears intermittently across shifts.

일반 오류 / 문제 해결

• If reset clears the alarm only briefly, stop the machine and inspect axis load, lubrication, and cable condition.
• If the same alarm follows one axis across programs, prioritize hardware and mechanics before changing parameters.
