공식 / 규칙

• Spindle alarms are usually judged by load, temperature, lubrication, inverter, or orientation state.
• Do not keep restarting the spindle until the thermal and lubrication condition is confirmed.

대표 범위

• Trend spindle load, warm-up time, and lubrication status before the alarm becomes frequent.
• A cold-start alarm and a hot-running alarm usually point to different root causes.

현장 시나리오

• Check spindle chiller, lubrication, and orientation state when alarms appear after warm-up.
• Compare tool balance and holder condition when the alarm only appears at high RPM.

일반 오류 / 문제 해결

• If the alarm appears after tool change, inspect holder balance, drawbar force, and taper cleanliness.
• If the spindle trips only under cutting load, compare commanded power with machine capability and chip evacuation.
