공구 길이/직경을 측정하는 장치.

• A tool setter transfers measured tool length or diameter into the offset table with repeatable reference conditions.
• Verify the setter reference surface and cleanliness before trusting offset data for production.

일반 오류 / 문제 해결

• If offset repeatability is poor, clean the contact surface and verify setter probe repeatability with a master tool.
• If measured length changes unexpectedly between checks, inspect spindle taper cleanliness and tool clamping condition.
