定义

主轴系统异常报警。

以前置元数据中的定义作为统一语义，并在装夹、加工与检验环节保持一致。

公式/规则

• 主轴报警通常要从负载、温度、润滑、变频器或定向状态几个维度判断。
• 在确认热状态和润滑状态前，不要反复强行重启主轴。

典型范围

• Trend spindle load, warm-up time, and lubrication status before the alarm becomes frequent.
• A cold-start alarm and a hot-running alarm usually point to different root causes.

现场场景

• Check spindle chiller, lubrication, and orientation state when alarms appear after warm-up.
• Compare tool balance and holder condition when the alarm only appears at high RPM.

常见错误/排障

• If the alarm appears after tool change, inspect holder balance, drawbar force, and taper cleanliness.
• If the spindle trips only under cutting load, compare commanded power with machine capability and chip evacuation.
